Cancellation Policy

Cancellation process: Please note by booking on this page you are adhering to the cancellation policy listed, it is the responsibility of the person booking to read and understand the cancellation policy and abide by all information provided. This policy is applicable to the conference registration for the education meeting ONLY. Cancellations for conference registration MUST be made in writing to bec@boss.net.au 60 business days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made prior to the 60 business day period will receive a refund of the registration fee less any bank charges, conversion fees and paypal fees. PLEASE NOTE – cancellations made within the 30 business day period – WILL NOT be refunded. Whilst we understand issues may arise, the final numbers provided to the hotel are provided 30 days prior to the event, therefore we are unable to provide any refund after this time regardless of circumstances.

Accommodation – accommodation once booked is non-refundable, due to the nature of the conference rate for accommodation and secured rooms, once booked the rooms are unable to be cancelled. Please choose carefully before booking accommodation.
